2010/04/13 City Council Resolution 2010-27RESOLUTION NO. 2010 -27 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROHNERT PARK APPROVING CERTAIN RECREATIONAL FACILITY AND PROGRAM FEE INCREASES WHEREAS, costs of operating various recreation centers, such as the Community Center, Senior Center, Burton Avenue Recreation Center, Ladybug Recreation Center, and swimming pools have risen since the last time fees were adjusted; and WHEREAS, the City's financial needs call for an evaluation of facility and program fees; and WHEREAS, the City has determined that due to increased utility, maintenance and staffing costs, it is necessary to adjust fees charged for the use of certain facilities and programs; and WHEREAS, it is in the interests of the City to operate in a fiscally responsible manner. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rohnert Park that it does hereby authorize and approve certain adjustments to recreation facility rental and program fees as indicated in the document attached hereto as Exhibit A. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute documents pertaining to same for and on behalf of the City of Rohnert Park.
