2007/09/25 City Council Resolution 2007-162RESOLUTION NO. 2007 -162 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROHNERT PARK APPROVING ADJUSTMENTS IN FACILITY RENTAL AND PROGRAM FEES FOR VARIOUS RECREATION FACILITIES WHEREAS, costs of operating various recreation centers, such as the Community Center, Senior Center, Burton Ave. Recreation Center, Ladybug Recreation Center, Senior Center, and swimming pools have risen since the last time fees were adjusted, and the city's financial needs call for an adjustment to facility and program fees; and WHEREAS, it is in the interests of the City to operate in a fiscally responsible manner. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rohnert Park that it does hereby authorize and approve certain adjustments to recreation facility rental fees set forth in the attached Exhibit "A." BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute documents pertaining to same for and on behalf of the City of Rohnert Park.
