A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL., OF THE CITY OF ROHNERT PARK
ACCEPTING THE GRANT DEED FROM BESSONE ESTATE FOR A PORTION OF
HINEBAUGH CREEK, ASSESSOR PARCEL NUMBER 143 - 021 -035
WHEREAS, North Bay Title Company, Santa Rosa, CA submitted a Grant Deed for the
Cities acceptance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rohnert
Park that it does hereby authorize and approve the acceptance of the Grant Deed from the
Bessone Estate,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to execute documents pertaining same for and on behalf of the City of Rohnert Park.
DULY AND REGULARLY ADOPTED this 146` day of March, 2006.

Situated in the State of California, City of Rohnert Park, County of Sonoma, and described as follows:
A STRIP OF LAND 62.5 FEET IN WIDTH , being the South 62.5 feet of the following described parcel,
bounded on the West by U.S. Freeway 101 and on the East by Commerce Boulevard.
Being a portion of that certain parcel of land conveyed from Northwestern Title Security Company, to Joseph
P. Bessone and Peter F. Bessone, by grant dated March 12, 1968 and recorded March 27, 1968, in Book
2322 of Official Records, Page 292, Sonoma County Records, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of the lands conveyed to Palmer and Gross Development Corporation,
by grant dated June 17, 1975 and recorded June 18, 1975, in Book 2970 of Official Records, Page 7,
Sonoma County Records; said point being on the Easterly line of U.S. Freeway 101; thence from said point of
beginning and along the Easterly line of said U.S. Freeway
101, South 1° 46' 09" East to a terminal point, referred to as South 10 46' 09" East, 1,742.13 feet in said grant
to Joseph P. Bessone and Peter F. Bessone, dated March 12, 1968 and recorded March 27, 1968 in Book
2322 of Official Records, Page 282, Sonoma County Records; thence on a curve to the left with a radius of
400.00 feet through a central angle of 200 33' 52" for a distance of 143.57 feet to a point in the centerline of
Hinebaugh Creek; thence leaving the Easterly line of said U.S. Freeway 101 and along
the centerline of Hinebaugh Creek, North 89° 23' 08" East, 766.65 feet to a point on the Westerly line of
Commerce Boulevard; thence along the Westerly line of Commerce Boulevard, and in a Northerly direction to
a point that bears North 890 56' 21" East, 570.19 feet from the true point of beginning; thence South 89° 56'
