2006/03/14 City Council Resolution (10)RESOLUTION NO. 2006 -76 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL., OF THE CITY OF ROHNERT PARK ACCEPTING THE GRANT DEED FROM BESSONE ESTATE FOR A PORTION OF HINEBAUGH CREEK, ASSESSOR PARCEL NUMBER 143 - 021 -035 WHEREAS, North Bay Title Company, Santa Rosa, CA submitted a Grant Deed for the Cities acceptance. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rohnert Park that it does hereby authorize and approve the acceptance of the Grant Deed from the Bessone Estate, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute documents pertaining same for and on behalf of the City of Rohnert Park.
