A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROHNERT PARK
CALLING FOR SEALED PROPOSALS OR BIDS FOR THE
ROHNERT PARK VARIOUS STREETS REHABILITATION PROJECT
PROJECT NO. 2006-08
WHEREAS, the City of Rohnert Park determined the need for rehabilitation on various
City of Rohnert Park streets; and
WHEREAS, the City authorized the design and preparation of plans and specifications
by Bechtel Hudis Associates for the project.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rohnert
Park that the substantially complete plans and specifications for the Rohnert Park Various Streets
Rehabilitation Project No. 2006 -08 Contract, are approved, that the approval of the final plans
and specifications are delegated to the City Engineer prior to bid issuance; and sealed proposals
or bids for the construction of said improvements are hereby solicited.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is directed to publish a Notice
Inviting Sealed Proposals or Bids for said work, referring to the plans and specifications on file
in the City offices, and that the City Engineer is authorized to approve addenda to the plans and
specifications during the bidding phase of this project.
