RESOLUTION NO. 2006- 226 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROHNERT PARK APPROVING ACCEPTANCE OF EASEMENT DEED FROM MORETTI ET AL (APN 134- 251 -054) WHEREAS, the City was granted "Staging Easement" on June 1, 2006 by Albert J. Moretti and Theresa 1. Moretti Husband and Wife as Community Property, as attached. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rohnert Park that it does hereby authorize and approve acceptance of the Easement Deed for construction/maintenance staging purposes. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute certificate of acceptance pertaining to same for and on behalf of the City of Rohnert Park.
