TOWN HALL MEETING MIMJI'ES

The Council of the City of Rohnert Park met this date in adjourned
regular session for a Town Hall Feting commencing at 7:00 p.m. at the
Comrunity Center, 5401 Snyder Lane, Rohnert Park, California with
Mayor Reilly presiding.
Call to Order -Mayor Reilly called the adjourned regular session to order at
approximately 7:00 p.m. and led the pledge of allegiance.
Roll Call Present: (4) Councilmembers Eck, Gallagher, Spiro,
and Mayor Reilly
Absent: (1) Councilman Hollingsworth
(due to conflicting business schedule)
Staff present for all or part of the meeting:
City Manager Netter, Director of Public Works /City Engineer Brust and
Director of Public Safety Rooney.
Mayor Reilly acknowledged the City Manager /Clerk's report on the posting of the
meeting's agenda. He introduced Councilmembers and staff present at the meeting.
Mayor Reilly advised that the purpose of this "C" Section Neighborhood Town Hall
Meeting was to provide an opportunity for citizens to meet and conrunicate directly
with the City Council and staff. This meeting was designed for the Council to
listen to public comments and give citizens the opportunity to express community
related concerns to the Council.
Approximately 185 citizens attended this Town Hall Meeting during which 31 partici-
pated in sharing com ents on various com amity related concerns as signified in the
attached listing of attendees with description of the various issues and concerns.
Following public input, each Councilmember commented on the numerous issues and
concerns expressed during this meeting.
Mayor Reilly expressed appreciation to the participants of the Town Hall Meeting and
confirmed the Council would take the recommendations under advisement. He signified
there would be appropriate follow -up on any necessary action that needs to be taken.
Adjournment There being no further business, Mayor Reilly adjourned the meeting at
approximately 9:00 p.m.

If you aren't a resident, you cant afford to
play basketball here.
