Santa Rosa Ave.,— Overlay) 7:30 p.m. Ordinance for .Adoption_, No. 413 — Amending ;the Rohnert Park Municipal Code, Sections 17.16.020, 17.16.030 and 17.16.090 By Adding and Deleting Certain Permitted Uses and Adding Them to the Conditional Use Category (amends the city's zoning code to delete the requirement that C —N districts have a minimum of three acres and C —R districts have a minimum of 30 acres and reclassifies the following from permitted uses in the C —N `Neighborhood Commercial District) to conditional uses: bowling alley, liquor store, nurseries and garden supply stores. As conditional uses, a use permit will be required before_,these uses can go into the Neighborhood Commercial District.
