The Council of the City of Rohnert Park met this date in
adjourned regular session commencing at 8:00 p.m. in the
City Offices, 435 Southwest Boulevard, Rohnert Park, with
Mayor Rogers presiding.
Call to Mayor Rogers called the meeting of the adjourned regular
Order session to order at approximately 8:00 p.m.
Roll Call Present: (4) Councilmen Hopkins, Roberts, Smith & Rogers
Absent: (1) Councilman Buchanan
Staff Present: City Manager Callinan, City Attorney
Maxwell, Project Engineer Hudis
Others Present: Mr. James Groom
Project No. The Council was brought up to date on the status of Projec-
1968-1 No. 1968 ®1 the Coddinggland area frontage road project.
Previous discussions and negotiations with Mr. James Groom
relative to the right of way required from him for Project
1968-1 and the US 101-Expressway interchange were reviewed
City Attorney Maxwell reviewed the proposed agreement be-
tween the City and Mr. & Mrs. Groom relative to Project
1968-1, and the interchange right of way acquisition.
Sewer Plant Upon motion by Councilman Roberts, seconded by Councilman
Lands Being Hopkins, and unanimously approved, the Council decided

cient and proper operation of the sewage treatment facilit'
Resolution RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH JAMES
No. 69-54 GROOM AND PEARL GROOM.
Upon motion by Councilman Roberts, seconded by Councilman
Smith, and unanimously approved, Resolution No. 69-54 was
adopted by title.
Resolution RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT DEED
No. 69-55 (Project No. 1968-1 - Knudtsen right of way)
Upon motion by Councilman Smith, seconded by Councilman
Roberts, and unanimously approved, Resolution No. 69-55
was adopted.
Engineer Hudis reported that the flood control channel of
Hinebaugh Creek may be actually two feet lower than the
Flood Control District's plans indicated it to be and that

this may require the lengthening of piers or the lowering
of the road to be constructed as part of Project 1968 ®1.
Adjournment There being no further business the meeting was adjourned
at approximately 8:40 p.m.
