at 8:00 p.m. at the regular 1 place, 6950 Commerce Blvd., Rohnert Park.
Councilmen preEent were: Callinan, Buchanan, Bell, Smith and Foust.
Upon motion by Councilman Foust, seconded by Councilman Buchanan and unanimously approved,

Upon motion by Councilman Buchannn, seconded by Councilmen Smith and unanimously approved,
the City Clerk was authorized to order October water bills from CIDell Printing Co., and'',
ordering the change of name nK address to City of Rohnert Park.
Councilmon ?ell was authorized to discuss the contest for the City Seal with Mrs. Loebsack,
regarding rules, deadlines, etc.
Upon motion by Councilman rnobanan, seconded by Councilman Foust, hhdunanimously approved,
the following Councilmen were aplainted as ex-officio members of the following Commissions:
Councilman Bell - Citizens Advisory Commission; Councilman Smith - Recreation Commission;
Councilman Buchanan - Volunteer Fire Dept. and Councilman Foust was a-pPointed as City
Council representative to the Chamber of Commerce
Upon motion by Councilman Bell, seconded by Councilman Foust, and unanimously approved,
Councilman Smith was elected Vice Mayor.
Upon motion by Councilman Smith, seconded by Councilmen Bell, and unanimously approved,
the City Clerk wah instructed to buy a Flog and standard, and that hereafter the meetings
of the City Council will open with tbc flag ?lute.
A personnel session has been arranged for Friday, September 7, 1962 at 3:00 p.m. to Belec',
a City Attorney.
The City EnEineer was authorined0jake overlthe Building inspections as soon
possible.

approved, Nr. Carpenter, city engineer, wns authorized to ask for bids from select,
responoible builders for the proposed Fire House on a lease purchase packageo

Hotion was made by Councilman Buchanan, seconded by Councilman Smith to adopt a resolution
against the poor planning of the proposed Cotati incorporation. Notion defeated by the
following vote. Ayes: Buchanan, Smith. Hoes: Bell, Foust, callinnn.

of the aroPosed boundary of the Cotati incorporati=
