Homes. It was decided that a time schedule should be worked out with the
College that an Engineers report on tentative costs using various routes
be obtained* It was also agreed that College representatives should be
contacted in regards to their time schedule for monies available on this
project*

session at 8:00 pome at the City Offices 6950 Commerce Blvd., Rohnert

Financing of
Mr. Golis, representing Alicia Homes, expressed a willingness to handle
Fire House
the financing and set—up a lease purchase deal with the City. This
would all be contingent upon financial arrangements made by Mr. Wiggins,
with the Exchange Bank or Sonoma Mortgage Corp*
Fire House bids
Upon motion by Councilman Foust, seconded by Councilman Buchanang and
unanimously approved, Mr. Carpenterl City Engineer, was authvvized to
coordinate with Alicia Homes under the direction of the City Attorney,
and to make available to the bidding public plans and specifications
covering the proposed fire house and City Offices. Bidders will be
informed of a completion date no later than June 15, 1963#
Opening of bids
Upon motion by Councilman Smith, seconded by Councilman Foust, and
for fire house
unanimously approved, all bids are to be in, on or before December 12,
and are to be opened in the City Officess 6950 Commerce Blvd.,* at 8:00
p.m. December 12, 1962#
Interchange
Mr. Golis discussed the need for coordinating our plans with the County
of Sonoma in regards to the tentative Cloverleaf Interchange between
;Vp
Gravenstein Hwy and Wilfred overpass. A meeting has been scheduled with
the County Road Commissioner for TuesdqLy* November 20, 1962 at 9 a.m.
City approved
Upon motion by Councilman Smith,, seconded by Councilman Buchanan, and
meeting
unanimously approved, the City Council agreed to have a representative
present*
