Kire Dept Upon Notion by Councilman Buchanan$ seconded by Councilman Bells and by-laws unaimously approved, the rough draft of the Fire Dept. by-law amendment re member statust was acceptedo Fire Dept® A discussion was held regarding Insurance coverage for members of the Fire Insurance Department, Mr. Ryan, Fire Chief, was authorized to find out what type of coverage other members of the Firemen's Association now have. Erployee Upon motion by Councilman Bells seconded by Councilman Buchanan, and holidays unanimously approveds City employees were given December 31st off and one- half day off on December 24tho Resolution Gas Tax % Increp-se Annexations planners Mayor Upon motion by Councilman Buchanan, seconded by Councilman Bells and unanimously approved, Mr, Maxwells City Attorneys was authorized to draft a resolution requesting an increase in gas taxes as recommended by the League of California Cities.
