unanimously approved, the minutes of February 41 1963 were approved*
Upon motion by Councilman Belli seconded by Councilman Buch anan, and
unanimously approved, the minutes of February 7s 1963 were approved*
Upon motion by Councilman Buchanan, seconded by Councilman Foust, and
unanimously approvedt the minutes of February.181 1963 were approved.
Payment of bills
Upon motion by Councilman Buchanan, seconded by Councilman Fousts and
dated March 41 1963, were

Post Office
Mayor Callinan was authorized to write to the Post office Department
regarding the need for a Rohnert Park Post office at this timed
Safety Building
Mr. Maxwell, City Attorne*9 presented a rough draft of a lease purchase
agreement for the Safety Building*
Councilman Buch anan, City Tfpeasurer O'Neil, City Attorney Maxwells were
authorized to work with Alicia Homes to formalize the agreement by the
adjourned meeting scheduled for Mondays March 11, 1963*
Bond proceedings
Mr. Holtoms from the firm of Wilson* Harzfeld% Jones & Morton, discussed
regarding 1,915 Act delin
with the City Councils and answered questions,
quents and bond proceedings in general.
