Rohnert Park, with Mayor Callinan presiding.

Minutes
Upon motion by Councilman Fousts seconded by Councilman Buchanang
and unanimously approved, the minutes of February 269 1963 were
approved.
Upon motion by Councilman Buchanang seconded by Councilman Foust
and unanimously approvedv the minutes of March 41 1963 were
approved as corrected.
Upon motion by Councilman Buchanan$ seconded by Councilman Smith
and unanimously approved, the minutes of March 119 1963 were
approved as corrected*
Upon motion by Councilman Foustq seconded by Councilman Buchanan
and unanimously approved, the minutes of March 18, 1963 were
approved as corrected.
Upon motion by Councilman Foust, seconded by Councilman Buchanan
and unanimously approvedt the minutes of March 219 1963 were
approved as corrected.
Payment of bills
Upon motion by Councilman Foustq seconded by Councilman Buchanan
and unanimously approved, bills per attached copy dated April 11
1963, were approved for payment as corrected.
P.Go & E,
Mr® Frank Anderson, Pacific Gas & Electric, presented the Council
with Franchise payments for gas and Electricity in the amount
of $557.01 covering the period through December 31, 1963.
Resolution 94
Resolution Nos 64 - A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING OFFICER TO PREPARE
AND FILE ANNUAL STREET REPORT WITH STATE CONTROLLER as City Treasurers
was read and moved by Councilman. Buchan ant seconded by Councilman
Foust, and unanimously approved.

Upon motion by Councilman Bell, seconded by Councilman Smith and
tmanimously approved, reading of Ordinance No, 23 was waived*

Upon motion by Councilman Buchanan$ seconded by Councilman Bell$

Fire Department
Upon motion by Councilman Buchanan, seconded by Councilman Bell,
and unanimously approved, radio equipmentq per the Motorola
proposal was authorizede
Safety Building
Mr. Golis, Alicia Homes, advised the Council that construction of
the Safety Building was still awaiting action from the bank*
Mr. Hudisq City Engineer, was authorized to try to get a street
number for the Safety Building from the Planning Commission.
Post Office Box
Upon motion by Councilman Bellq seconded by Councilman Smith and
unanimously approved, removal of the Post Office Box to the Rohnert
Park Pharmacy, was tabled.
Personnel
Upon motion by Councilman Smithq seconded by Councilman Bell, and
unanimously approved, the Clerks vacation was revised to 5 days
April 8th to April 12th inclusive.
Neighborhood B
Mr. Golisq Alicia Homest advised the Council that a lease purchase
Park
plan for the prophsed park in Neighborhood B could be work out.
The lease, with option to purchase will include cost plus carrying
charges.
Airport
Upon motion by Councilman Foust, seconded by Councilman Buchanan, and
unanimously approved, Mr, W. J. Barnard, Field Representative for
the California Aeronautics Division, is to be invited to attend
the City Councilmeeting on April 15* 1963 and the period between
9:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. be alloted for his appearance*
Golf Course
Councilman Foust was authorized to investigate the possibility of a
Municipal Golf Course.
Sonoma State College
Mr. Wiggins Director of Public Worksq was authorized to arrange a
meeting with Sonoma State College to discuss the sewer to the
College.
Upon motion by Councilman Smith, seconded by Councilman Bell, and
unanimously approved, Mr. Wiggins was authorized to work out an
arrangement with Mr. Childs of Sonoma State College, subject to
Council approval, for use of the Swimming Pool beginning April 15th.
Cost to include all operating and maintainance costs.
