A discussion was held between the City Council, Builders$ and Residents

Fire Truck
Representatives of the Volunteer Fire Departmentv and Mr. Wiggins,
Director of Public Worksl will meet Tuesdayq April 16s 1963, to accept
delivery of the Fire Truck,
Upon motion by Councilman Bell, seconded by Councilman Foustq and
unanimously approved, Mr. Maxwell$ City Attorneyl was authorized to
execute the tax exemption certificate for the fire truck purchases
Fire Dept*
The Clerk was authorized to arrange a meeting with a representative of
the Telephone Co. as soon as possible to discuss temporary telephone
fire notification system until the Safety Building is ready®
Upon motion by Councilman Buchanan, seconded by Councilman Bell, and
unanimously approveds Fire Chief Ryan will be reimbursed in the amount of
$39.38 for salary lost while attending fire truck tests*

Resolution Nos 65 - A RESOLUTION APPROVING EXECUTION OF LEASE AGREEMENT
(SWJY1MING POOL - SONOMA STATE COLLEGE) was read and moved by Councilman
Bell, seconded by Councilman Foust, and unanimously approvedo
Use Permit
Upon motion by Councilman Buchanang seconded by Councilman Foust, and
unanimously approved, the College View Shopping Center addition was
approved with no more ingress and egress than shown on plans*
