unanimously approved, Fire Department membership for Mro Leone and

unanimously approved, payment of $278.86 for insurance for the Fire
Truck to Cadding, Magowan, Wilkey & Keyes was approvedo

Mayor Smith declared the public hearing open on Ordinance No® 24, AN
ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE UNIFORM FIRE PREVENTION CODE, 1960 EDITION,
PRESCRIBING REGULATIONS GOVERNING CONDITIONS HAZARDOUS TO LIFE AND
PROPERTY FROM FIRE OR EXPOLSION: ESTABLISHING A BUREAU OF FIRE PRE- f-
VENTION, AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION OF THIS ORDINANCE.

descriptions for possible changes in the wording of the Ordinance.
