Mayor Smith presiding. This regular session was preceded by a work
session which commenced at 7:30 p.m. but at which no formal action was
taken.

ject to merchandise inspection by the Fire Chief and the acquiring and
presenting of all necessary State licenses to Mr, Callinan, City 141ana-
ger. Selling booth locations are to be: (1) in the shopping center and
(2) Alicia Park.

Magowan, Wilkey & Keyes concerning the items questioned in the City's
insurance policy. Mr® Callinan was directed to request Mr. Morroco fvom
Codding, Magowan, Wilkey & Keyes to appear before the City Council at
the meeting of July 1, 1.963 to discuss the matter in detail*
Sewer Study
Mr. Milt Hudiz, Acting City h4igineer, gave a verbal progress report
on the sewer study he is performing*
Commerce Blvdo
The Council indicated tentative general approval. of the route and
alignment of the two lane Commerce Blvd: extension, but no official
action was taken. The City Engineer was requested to malie a recommend�
ation regarding the curb and gutter as presented by the developers*
