We do have a beef when it comes to the selecting or screening of candidates We object to the fact that a member of the oral board is a resident of the Park and a personal friend of a paid City employee, With this in mind we find it hard to believe that the utmost of objectivity can be had in this situation. T believe an oral board without a resident of the Park on it and instead have on the board a certified psychologist to do the screening of candidates, this would be fairer ".
