ROHNERT PARK CITY.000NCIL MINUTES April 20, 1982 The Council of the City of Rohnert Park met this day in an adjourned regular session in the City Offices, 6750 Commerce. Boulevard, Rohnert Park, with Councilman 'Roberts`'presiding. Call to Order Due to the absence of,the Mayor,,and Vice - Mayor, Councilman Roberts ca,l I ed ,the. meeting: to .order at approximately 12:20 p.m.'and presided. Resolution No. 82 -82 A RESOLUTION OF THE ROHNERT PARK CITY COUNCIL CANVASSING THE RETURNS OF THE SPECIAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION HELD ON APRIL 13, 1982. City Manager- Callinan explained the resolution. Upon motion of Councilman Hollingsworth, seconded by Councilman Stewart, and approved by the following voice vote, reading of Resolution No. 82 -82 was waived and said resolution was .adopted. AYES: (.3) Councilmen Hollingsworth, Stewart and Roberts NOES: (0) ABSENT: (2) Councilman Hopkins and Mayor Cavalii Mechanical and Electronic Piay�Devices �A work session was held to discuss the latest draft of an ordinance prePar.ed by City Attorney Flitner regulating mechanical ✓electronic play devices within the city. Said ordinance was reviewed in detain by the Council and discussion commenced. regarding same.' April 20, 1982 Page 3 Executive Session City Manager Callinan requested that an Executive Session be held at the end of the next regular City Council Meeting on April 26, 1982 to discuss several personnel and litigation matters.
