Call to Order Mayor Hopkins called the meeting to order at approximately 7:02 p.m and led the pledge of allegiance. Billboard Lawsuit Council discussed the copy of the tentative decision on the National Advertising lawsuit and noted that the matter could be brought up again in 1983. Animal Control Assistant to the City Manager Albright informed the Council that due to the City Attorney's absence the postal service representatives were advised that this matter would be deferred until the July 26, 1982 City Council Meeting. Matters from Council: Councilman Hollingsworth inquired if there was any more Golf Course Walkways information or action regarding the installation of walkways to the restrooms at the north course of the golf course. Sleeping in Cars Councilman Hollingsworth noted that sleeping in cars on public streets had been presented at a previous Council meeting and requested that staff research the legalities of the issue and. the possibility of establishing an ordinance regarding same. Evergreen Lights Councilman Cavalli inquired if there was any further infor- mation regarding the lightpoles at the Evergreen School. Discussion followed.
