DELEGATING AUTHORITY TO APPROVE THE FINAL PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS TO THE CITY ENGINEER AND AUTHORIZING THE
CALL FOR SEALED PROPOSALS
SEWER INTERCEPTOR/OUTFALL
PROJECT NO. 2003-11
WHEREAS, a sewer interceptor /outfall is needed to increase reliability and
capacity of the City's sewer conveyance system;
WHEREAS, the City authorized the preparation of plans and specifications by
Winzier & Kelly Consulting Engineer for the design of the sewer interceptorloutfall
through Resolution No. 2004 -258.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rohnert Park that the substantially complete plans and specifications for the Sewer
Interceptor /OutfalI Project No. 2003 -11 is approved, that the approval of the final plans
and specifications and revisions thereof are delegated to the City Engineer and sealed
proposals or bids for the construction of said improvements are hereby solicited and the
City Manager is directed to publish a Notice Inviting Sealed Proposals or Bids for said
improvements, referring to the plans and specifications on file in the City offices.
DULY AND REGULARLY ADOPTED this 8P day of March, 2005.
