A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROHNERT PARK
ACCEPTING STORM DRAIN EASEMENTS FROM ROHNERT PARK INVESTORS,
LLC, 6285 COMMERCE BLVD (APN 143 - 051 -056)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rohnert Park that the said
Council hereby accepts the following Easement Deed;
1. Storm Drain Easement
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to execute the Certificate of Acceptance for and on behalf of the City of Rohnert Park.
DULY AND REGULARLY ADOPTED this 24`" day of May, 2005.

PREPARED MAY 6, 2005
.Being a portion of the Lands of Rohnert Park Investors, LLC as shown on that deed recorded as
Document Number 2004 - 179154, Sonoma County Records, and shown as Lot 1 on Rohnert Park
Parcel Map No. 97, filed for record on June 7, 1985, in Book 371 of Maps at Pages 20 and 21,
Sonoma County Records and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the south east comer of said Lot 1, a point being on the northerly right -of -way of
Rohnert Park Expressway; thence South 89° 23' 40" West along said right -of -way 83.87 feet to a
tangent curve to the right, having an internal angle of 57° 20'27" and a radius of 200.00 feet; thence
along said curve 200.16 feet; thence North 33° 15'53" West, 413.10 feet along the westerly boundary
of Lot 1; thence North 89° 23'08" East, along the north boundary of Lot 1, 35.63'feet; thence leaving
said boundary South 00° 36 52" East, 37.07 feet; thence South 33° 15' 53" East, 362.66 feet to a
tangent curve to the left, having an internal angle of 570 20' 27" and a radius of 190.00 feet; thence
along said curve 190.15 feet; thence North 890 23' 40" East, 83.87 feet to the easterly boundary of
Lot 1, thence South 00° 36' 20" East, 10.00 feet along said easterly boundary to the Point of
Beginning.
The City of Rohnert Park or any other Municipal Corporation or District shall have the right of
ingress and egress into and upon said easement for the purpose of improving, maintaining or
repairing the same, provided, however, that said right shall not impose upon said Corporation or
District the obligation of maintenance, improvements or repairs.
Containing 7,329 square feet.
