2005/06/07 City Council ResolutionRESOLUTION NO. 2005 -163 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROHNERT PARK AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ACCEPT DEED FROM THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROHNERT PARK, FOR PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT, 430 & 450 CITY HALL DRIVE (APN 143 - 051 -063 & -064) BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rohnert Park that it does hereby accept the Deed for a Public Utility Easement. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute the certificate of acceptance for and on behalf of the City Council.
