2005/05/24 City Council Resolution (21)RESOLUTION NO. 2005- 149 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROHNERT PARK AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE QUITCLAIM DEED TO THE ROHNERT PARK INVESTORS, LLC, A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION FOR ABANDONMENT OF DRAINAGE EASEMENT, 6285 COMMERCE BLVD, (APN 143- 051 -056) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rohnert Park in open session on the 24th day of May, 2005, publicly examined and declared the abandonment of the existing Drainage Easement. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rohnert Park that the said Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute the Quitclaim Deed to The Rohnert Park Investors, LLC, a California Corporation; DULY AND REGULARLY ADOPTED this 24`h day of May, 2005.
