Resolution No. 2005 -236 Honoring ELLEN BEARDSLEY FOR HER GRAND ACCOMPLISHMENTS AT THE 2005 NATIONAL INDOOR SPEED SKATING CHAMPIONSHIPS WHEREAS, Ellen took first place in both the 500 and 700 meter races and second in the 1000 meter race thereby establishing herself as the NATIONAL CHAMPION in the Veterans Ladies division by a 30 point margin. Look out all you GRAND VETERANS LADIES!!! NOW, THEREFORE, RU IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rohnert Park, that we express our deepest and warmest congratulations to Ellen Beardsley for her grand accomplishments at the 2005 National Indoor Speed Skating Championships.
