A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
THREE (3) SPECIAL SERVICE VEHICLES FOR THE
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY
WHEREAS, the Public Safety Department, has budgeted in fiscal year
2005/2006 for the purchase of three (3) special service vehicles, and;
WHEREAS, said vehicles are available for purchase through the cooperative
purchasing program off the Yolo County Sheriff's contract, and;
WHEREAS, the dealer that is awarded the contract is Folsom Lake Ford of
Folsom, California, and;
WHEREAS, the total cost for the three (3) vehicles is $84,546.30, and;
NOW, THERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Rohnert Park hereby authorizes the City Manager to handle all details and execute any
and all documents relative to the purchase of three (3) new special service vehicles from
the following responsible bidder:

$84,546.30
