A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROHNERT PARK
AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING THE AGREEMENT TO NEGOTIATE
EXCLUSIVELY BETWEEN JOHN LOURDIS AND THE CITY OF ROHNERT PARK
WHEREAS, John Lourdis owns and has offered for sale certain real property (an
18.21 acre parcel located immediately north of the City of Rohnert Park, APN 045 -041-
018); and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to explore the feasibility of acquiring the Property
for open space purposes and to create a wetland mitigation bank; and
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rohnert Park that it does
hereby authorize and approve the Agreement to Negotiate Exclusively Letter Agreement
between John Lourdis and the City of Rohnert Park.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to execute same for and on behalf of the City of Rohnert Park.
DULY AND REGULARLY ADOPTED this 13th day of _ January, 2004.
