REJECTING THE CLAIM OF

[Alleged Damage to Auto from G- Section Flooding]
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rohnert Park that that Claim for
alleged damages dated January 5, 2004 and received January 6, 2004 is hereby rejected.
DULY AND REGULARLY ADOPTED this 10th day of February 2004.
