A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROHNERT
PARK AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING ADJUSTMENTS IN FEES FOR
VARIOUS RECREATION FACILITIES AND PROGRAMS
WHEREAS, costs of operating various recreation centers, such as the
Community Center, Senior Center, Burton Ave. Recreation Center and Ladybug
Recreation Center, have risen since the last time fees were adjusted, and
WHEREAS, the cost of providing various recreation programs to the residents
such as summer camps, after school programs, and swim lessons have risen since the last
time the fees were adjusted, and the city's financial needs call for an adjustment to
facility and program fees, and
WHEREAS, it is in the interests of the city to operate in a fiscally responsible
manner,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rohnert Park that it does
hereby authorize and approve certain adjustments to recreation facility rental fees.
DULY AND REGULARLY ADOPTED this 25th day of May, 2004.
