A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROHNERT PARK
AWARDING THE CONTRACT TO NORTH BAY CONSTRUCTION
FOR THE COMMERCIAL WATER METERS INSTALLATION PROD. #2003 -03
AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $387,295.00
WHEREAS, Council authorized the call for sealed proposals by Resolution No.
2004 -68;
WHEREAS, the Project was advertised for bids and bids were opened on April
20, 2004 with the lowest responsible bidder being North Bay Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Rohnert
Park that the contract for the Commercial Water Meters Installation Project No, 2003 -03
is awarded to North Bay Construction for the amount of $387,295.00 and the City
Manager is authorized to execute the contract upon approval by the City Attorney as to
format.
DULY AND REGULARLY ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Rohnert
Park this 25th day of May, 2004.
