APPROVING THE SCOPE AND FEE ESTIMATE FOR BARTLE WELLS
ASSOCIATES FOR PREPARATION OF A WATER RATE STUDY
WHEREAS, the City is preparing to build at least $2.5 million in capital project
including work to retrofit commercial water meters and an updated water rate study is
needed to support the projects;
WHEREAS, Bartle Wells Associates was selected because of extensive
experience in preparing water rate studies for other municipalities and submitted a scope
and fee estimate to the City in a proposal dated September 3, 2004.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rohnert Park that the scope and fee estimate by Bartle Wells as submitted in the proposal
dated September 2004 is approved and the City Manager is authorized to execute a
standard consultant services contract with Bartle Wells with said scope and fee not to
exceed $23,085.
DULY AND REGULARLY ADOPTED this 14th day of September, 2004.
