A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROHNERT PARK
REJECTING BID FOR THE PUBLICATION OF LEGAL NOTICES AND
CLASSIFIED ADVERTISING FOR THE CITY OF ROHNERT PARK
WHEREAS, Council authorized the call for sealed proposals for the Publication
Of Legal Notices And Classified Advertising For The City Of Rohnert Park through
Resolution No. 2004 -171;
WHEREAS, the Project was advertised and bids were opened on
August 5, 2004 and the only responsible bidder was The Community Voice;
WHEREAS, the proposed bid rate was higher than the current rate paid by the
City of Rohnert Park for the publication of legal notices in The Community Voice;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Rohnert
Park that the bid submitted by The Community Voice is hereby rejected.
DULY AND REGULARLY ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Rohnert Park this I day of September, 2004.
