A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROHNERT PARK
ACCEPTING PUBLIC SEWER, 25 -FOOT SIDEWALK, 12 -FOOT PEDESTRIAN AND
BIKE PATH EASEMENTS FROM RONCO 8, INC., 6001 COMMERCE BLVD
(APN 143 -021 -036)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rohnert Park that the said Council
hereby accepts the following Easement Deeds;
1. PUBLIC SEWER EASEMENT
2. 25 -FOOT SIDEWALK EASEMENT
3. 12 -FOOT PUBLIC PEDESTRIAN AND BIKE PATH EASEMENT
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to execute the Certificates of Acceptance for and on behalf of the City of Rohnert Park.
DULY AND REGULARLY ADOPTED this 26th day of October, 2004.
