ACCEPTING COMPLETION AND DIRECTING THE
CITY ENGINEER TO FILE NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR
CITYWIDE SLURRY SEAL PROJECT
PROJECT NO. 2003-18
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that all of the work provided to be
done under and pursuant to the contract between City and Valley Slurry Seal Company
dated May 11, 2004 has been substantially completed and;
WHEREAS, it appears to the satisfaction of this Council that said work under
said contract has been substantially completed and done as provided in said contract and
the plans and specifications therein referred to.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
That acceptance of said work be, and is hereby made and ordered
accepted.
2. That the City Engineer is directed to execute and file for record with the
County Recorder of the County of Sonoma, Notice of Completion thereof,
pursuant to Section 3093 of the Civil Code of the State of California.
