RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASEMENT CORRECTION DEED FROM CHEVRON
U.S.A., INC.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rohnert Park, California, that that
certain Correction Deed from Chevron U.S.A., INC., being a portion of Assessor Parcel No.
143- 391 -011, for correction of a Sidewalk easement, to supercede that previous sidewalk
easement recorded June 17, 1988 as Instrument No. 880049095 of Official Records, is hereby
accepted and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the Certificate of Acceptance of
said deed for and on behalf of the City of Rohnert Park.
DULY AND REGULARLY ADOPTED this 22 °a day of January, 2002.

The purpose of this description is to supercede that previous sidewalk easement
recorded June 17, 1988 as Instrument No. 880049095 of Official Records.
Being a portion of Lot A of Rohnert Park Parcel Map No. 109, filed in Book 391 of Maps at Page 42,
Sonoma County Records, described as follows:
PARCEL "A"
Commencing at the northeast comer of said Lot A (391 Maps 42); Thence along the westerly right of way
line of Redwood Drive South 00 036'19" East 175.00 feet; Thence along the arc of a tangent curve to the
right, having a radius of 25.00 feet, through a central angle of 90 °24'16 ", an arc length of 39.45 feet, to the
Point of Beginning and the northerly right of way line of Rohnert Park Expressway; thence from said Point
of Beginning along the arc of a tangent curve to the right, having a radius of 133.00 feet, through a central
angle of 13 °45'50 ", an arc length 31.95 feet to a point of reverse curvature; Thence along the arc of a
tangent curve to the left, having a radius of 140.00 feet, which curve and radius is coincidental with that
curve and radius as mentioned in Parcel A of Exhibit A of the document recorded June 17, 1998 as
Instrument No. 880049095 O.R.; Thence continuing through a new central angle of 20 007150 ", an are
length of 49.19 feet to a point of reverse curvature; Thence along the arc of a tangent curve to the
right, having a radius of 160.00 feet, through a central angle of 13 °03'47", an arc length of 36.48 feet;
Thence South 04 °28121" West, 2.32 feet to the northerly right of way line of Rohnert Park
Expressway; Thence easterly along an arc to the left, having a radius of 1,442.00 feet, from a radial
bearing of North 04 °28'21" East, through a central angle of 04 °3814211, an arc length of 116.91 feet to
