RESOLUTION ACCEPTING TRAFFIC SIGNAL MAINTENANCE EASEMENT DEED
FROM THE SPANOS CORPORATION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rohnert Park, California, that the certain
Easement Deed dated the 5`h day of December, 2001, from The Spanos Corporation, being a
portion of Assessor Parcel No. 143- 300 -028, for a Traffic Signal Maintenance Easement, is
hereby accepted and Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the Certificate of Acceptance of
said deed for and on behalf of the City of Rohnert Park.
DULY AND REGULARLY ADOPTED this 22 °d day of January, 2002.

being a portion of the lands of The Spanos Corporation, a California Corporation, as recorded in Document Number
2000 120180, Sonoma County Records, and being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the centerline monument on Golf Course Drive at the intersection of the street named Doubletree
Drive (formerly Flora Circle) as shown on that certain map titled "Mountain Shadows Subdivision Unit 1 " recorded
in Book 257 of Maps at Pages 16 thru 20, Official Records of the County of Sonoma; thence from said centerline
monument, South 27 ° 32' 00" West, 75.00 feet to the southerly right of way of Golf Course Drive and the Point of
Beginning; thence from said Point of Beginning, North 62° 28'00" West, along said right of way 15.38 feet; thence
South 27° 32'00" West, 51.17 feet; thence South 62° 28'00" East, 64.00 feet; thence North 27° 32'00" East, 39.53
feet; thence North 72' 32'00" East, 16.47 feet to the right of way of Golf Course Drive; thence North 62' 28'00"
