2002/01/22 City Council Resolution (3)RESOLUTION NO. 2002 -13 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING TRAFFIC SIGNAL MAINTENANCE EASEMENT DEED FROM THE SPANOS CORPORATION BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rohnert Park, California, that the certain Easement Deed dated the 5`h day of December, 2001, from The Spanos Corporation, being a portion of Assessor Parcel No. 143- 300 -028, for a Traffic Signal Maintenance Easement, is hereby accepted and Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the Certificate of Acceptance of said deed for and on behalf of the City of Rohnert Park.
