RESOLUTION ACCEPTING STORM DRAIN EASEMENT FROM THE SPANOS
CORPORATION
DE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rohnert Park, California, that the certain
Easement Deed dated the 5t' day of December, 2001, from The Spanos Corporation, being a
portion of Assessor Parcel No. 143- 300 -028, for a non - exclusive Storm Drain Easement, is
hereby accepted and Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the Certificate of Acceptance of
said deed for and on behalf of the City of Rohnert Park.
DULY AND REGULARLY ADOPTED this 22nd day of January, 2002.

An easement for drainage purposes, and the right to maintain and repair same, located in the City of Rohnert Park,
County of Sonoma, State of California, being a portion of the lands of The Spanos Corporation, a California
Corporation, as recorded in Document Number 2000120180, Sonoma County Records, and being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning on the northeast line of the Northwestern Pacific Railroad at the northwest corner of land conveyed in
the deed to Double Decker Corporation recorded September 17,1981 under Document Number 81- 053730, Sonoma
County Records; thence from said Point of Beginning, North 25 ° 39'33" West, along said northeast line 724.33 feet
to the southerly right of way of Golf Course Drive; thence along said right of way, North 84' 15'54" East, 5.91 feet
to a tangent curve to the right, having a radius of 702.00 feet and an internal angle of 05' 04'30"; thence along said
curve 62.18 feet; thence South 25' 39'33" East, 698.57 feet; thence South 64' 20'27" West, 63.00 feet to the Point
of Beginning.
Containing 44,858 q. ft., or 1.03 acres.
SAVING AND EXCEPTING the easterly 6.5 feet of said easement for the encroachment of the carport overhang.
