2002/01/22 City Council Resolution (5)RESOLUTION NO. 2002 -15 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF QUITCLAIM DEED TO THE SPANOS CORPORATION FOR STORM DRAIN EASEMENT WHEREAS this easement is being reconfigured and conveyed by a new deed, therefore is no longer needed by the City. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rohnert Park, California, that the Quitclaim Deed for Exhibit "A" attached, from the City of Rohnert Park, a California Municipal Corporation, being a portion of Assessor Parcel No. 143 -300 -028, to The Spanos Corporation, a California Corporation, be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute same for and on behalf of the City of Rohnert Park.
