REJECTING ALL BIDS RECEIVED
FOR CITY HALL, PROJECT NO. 1999 -3
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rohnert Park, California, ,
WHEREAS, bids for the City Hall, Project No. 1999 -3, were received and opened on April 11,
2002; and
WHEREAS, the low bid received from Alten Construction, Inc. was $5,221,955; and
WHEREAS, the low bid greatly exceeds the funding available for this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that all bids received for the City Hall, Project No.
1999 -3, are hereby rejected.
DULY AND REGULARLY ADOPTED this 14th day of May, 2002.
