A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ROHNERT PARK APPROVING AMENDMENT NO.8
TO THE AGREEMENT WITH OLD ADOBE
DEVELOPMENT SERVICES, INC.
(RE.PARK CLEANING SERVICES)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rohnert Park that Amendment
No.8 to that certain agreement dated October 25, 1994 between Old Adobe Development Services,
Inc. (OADS), a California non -profit corporation, and the City of Rohnert Park, a municipal
corporation, for park cleaning services for the City of Rohnert Park is hereby approved, extending
the term of said agreement through June 30, 2003.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Amendment No. 8, Schedule of Payment for
Services, effective July 1, 2002 through June 30, 2003 includes an increase of the contract amount
to $93,425, which is an increase of $183.00 over last year due to an additional work day falling
within the April through September time period, which is charged at a higher rate.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all other terms and conditions provided in the
agreement dated October 25, 1994 between Old Adobe Development Services and the City of
Rohnert Park shall remain unchanged and in effect through June 30, 2003.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Amendment No.8 is hereby accepted and
approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute Amendment No. 8 for and on behalf
of the City of Rohnert Park.
