RESOLUTION ACCEPTING TRAFFIC SIGNAL MAINTENANCE EASEMENT
DEED FROM GROOM LIMITED PARTNERSHIP
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rohnert Park, California, that the certain
Easement Deed from Groom Limited Partnership, being a portion of Assessor Parcel No.
143 - 040 -044 and a portion of Assessor Parcel No. 143- 040 -045, for a Traffic Signal Maintenance
Easement, and the right to repair same, is hereby accepted and City Manager is authorized and
directed to execute the Certificate of Acceptance of said deed for and on behalf of the City of
Rohnert Park.
DULY AND REGULARLY ADOP'T'ED this 23rd day of July, 2002.
