2002/08/13 City Council Resolution (11)RESOLUTION NO. 2002- 188 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDED EXHIBIT "3" TO THE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ROHNERT PARK AND JOSEPH D. NETTER, ROHNERT PARK CITY MANAGER WHEREAS, the Rohnert Park City Council has approved an Employment Agreement for Joseph D. Netter, Rohnert Park City Manager on April 28, 1998, by Resolution No. 98 -89; and WHEREAS, the Employment Agreement provides for periodic salary reviews at the discretion of the City Council; and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered salary adjustments for the Rohnert Park Management Unit employees approved by Resolution No. 2000 -173 and 2002- 159; and WHEREAS, it is the City Council's intention to provide, at a minimum, a salary increase to the City Manager at the same percentage as other Management employees. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Rohnert Park that the attached Exhibit "3" as amended on August 13, 2002, and which provides for the same salary increase as other management employees, is hereby approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all other terms and conditions will remain the same as provided for in the Employment Agreement or other documents as referenced therein. The sum of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250) per month which has been previously paid to NETTER by City as deferred compensation is added to base salary. NETTER will also receive all other benefits and allowances as granted other Management employees in his same tier. CITY shall have the right to make additional annual adjustments in NETTER'S annual compensation at the discretion of the City Council, i.e. 3 of the 5 Councilpersons.
