2003/03/25 City Council Resolution (8)RESOLUTION NO. 2003- 55 RESOLUTION VACATING PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT, APN 143 -391 -050, LANDS OF CODDING ENTERPRISES, 579 ROHNERT PARK EXPRESSWAY BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rohnert Park, California, that the certain Public Utility Easement Quitclaim Deed, being a portion of Assessor Parcel No. 143 -391 -050, for abandonment of a Public Utility Easement portion over the Lands of Codding Enterprises, located at 579 Rohnert Park Expressway is hereby approved and the City Manager is authorized and directed to execute the said deed for and on behalf of the City of Rohnert Park.
