RESOLUTION APPROVING, AUTHORIZING AND ACCEPTING PARCEL MAP
NO. 173 FOR WINE/VISITOR CENTER SALE, 5000 ROBERTS LAKE ROAD
(PORTION APN: 160 - 010 -026)
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 173 has been deemed categorically exempt from the
California Environmental Quality Act, pursuant to Section 15315 of the California Code of
Regulations Title 14, Chapter 3 (Class 15 — Minor Land Divisions).
WHEREAS, on May 8, 2003, the Subdivision Committee met and reviewed Tentative
Parcel Map No. 173 and recommended the Parcel Map No. 173 be forwarded to the City Council
for approval,
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 173 has been processed in accordance with Section 66428
of the Subdivision Map Act and Chapter 16.10 of the Rohnert Park Municipal Code,
WHEREAS, The City Manager is authorized to execute the deed conveying Parcel 1 to
the buyer, pursuant to City Council Resolution No. 2003 -62,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council does hereby approve,
authorize and accept Parcel Map No. 173 as follows;
1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to sign the map as the owner.
2. The map is hereby approved and the City Clerk is authorized to accept all dedications
for public use as shown on the map.
DULY AND REGULARLY ADOPTED on this 13`h day of May, 2003, by the City
Council of the City of Rohnert Park.
