RESOLUTION APPROVING, AUTHORIZING AND ACCEPTING INGRESS/EGRESS
ACCESS EASEMENT FOR THE WINENISITOR CENTER SALE, 5000 ROBERTS
LAKE RD. (PORTION APN160 -010 -024 & 027)
WHEREAS, the City of Rohnert Park received the Grant Deed, dated July 8, 2003 from
the Red Lion Plaza Associates II, et al for a non- exclusive easement for ingress and egress;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council does hereby approve
and accept Grant Deed for the non - exclusive easement for ingress & Egress and authorizes the
City Manager to execute the certificate of acceptance on behalf of the City of Rohnert Park
DULY AND REGULARLY ADOPTED on this 22nd day of July, 2003, by the City
Council of the City of Rohnert Park.
