ACCEPTING COMPLETION AND DIRECTING THE
CITY ENGINEER TO FILE NOTICE OF COMPLETION
SPRECKELS PERFORMING ARTS FREEWAY MESSAGE CENTER
PROJECT NO. 2001-04
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Rohnert Park, Sonoma County,
California, that
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of said City has filed with the Clerk of said City her
Engineer's Certificate as to the completion of all of the work provided to be done under and
pursuant to the contract between said City and Commercial Neon, Inc., dated June 24, 2002 and;
WHEREAS, it appears to the satisfaction of this Council that said work under said contract
has been substantially completed and done as provided in said contract and the plans and
specifications therein referred to.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. That acceptance of said work be, and it is hereby made and ordered accepted.
2. That the City Engineer is directed to execute and file for record with the County
Recorder of the County of Sonoma, Notice of Completion thereof, pursuant to
Section 3093 of the Civil Code of the State of California.
DULY AND REGULARLY ADOPTED this 26th day of August, 2003.
