A RESOLUTION DIRECTING MAKING OF AMENDED ASSESSMENT
RE CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS UNDER RESOLUTION OF INTENTION
NO. 120
PROJECT NO. 1961-1
ASSESSMENT NO. 9.4
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Rohnert Park,
successor to the Board of Directors of the Rohnert Park District
(a Community Services District), Sonoma County, California, that
WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram was made and filed with
the Secretary of Rohnert Park District (a Community Services Dis-
trict), all pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 120, adopted
by the Board of Directors of said District on March 21, 1961, and
the municipal Improvement Act of 1913, and said assessment was
confirmed by said Board on April 4, 1961, and recorded in the
office of the District Engineer and County Surveyor of Sonoma
County; and
WHEREAS, certain lots or parcels of land upon which there
are unpaid assessments against which bonds have been issued under
the :Tznprovement Bond Act of 1915, have been divided so that they
no longer conform to the original parcel boundaries as shown on
said assessment.
NOW., THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that
1. M. Hudis, City Engineer, shall cause to be prepared
and filed with the City Clerk of said City, successor to the
Secretary of said District, a report and amended assessment and
diagram of the lots or parcels so divided, said parcel being des-
ignated Assessment and Diagram No. 9.4.
2. The unpaid installments of said original assessment
shall be segregated and apportioned in accordance with the bene-
fits to the several Darts of the original lots or parcels and
the total amount of the assessments against the several portions
of the original lots or parcels shall be equal to the unpaid as-
sessments upon said original lots or parcels of land.
3. That Tuesday, the 16th day of February, 1971, at the
hour of 7:00 o'clock P.M ®, at the regular meeting place of said
Council, Council Chambers, 435 Southwest Boulevard, Rohnert Park,
California, be, and the same are hereby fixed as the time and
place for hearing said amended assessment before said Council.
4. The City Clerk shall advertise the time and place of
such hearing before the Council by publishing a notice of said
amended assessment twice in the Central County Clarion, a news-
paper of general circulation in Sonoma County, there being no
newspaper published in said City, the first publication being
not less than fifteen days before said hearing.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Rohnert Park, successor to the Board of
Directors of the Rohnert Park District (a Community Services Dis-
trict), Sonoma County, California, at a meeting thereof held on
the l8thday of January 1971, by the following vote
of the members thereof:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen: (4) Buchanan,
Roberts, Rogers, and Hopkins
