A RESOLUTION ORDERING REDUCTION OF ASSESSMENTS
COUNTY CLUB BOULEVARD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1970 -5
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Rohnert Park,
California, that

WHEREAS, the estimated cost of the project under Resolution of
Intention No. 70 -62 adopted by the City Council of said City on
May 4, 1970, as subsequently amended, was $105,991.009
WHEREAS, following the opening of bids for the work said
estimate may be reduced to $ 85,196.00 ;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the total assessment
is hereby reduced to $- 85,196.00 and that each of the individual
assessments shall be reduced by its pro rata share of the difference
between the original assessment and the new assessment.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Rohnert Park, Sonoma County, California, at
a meeting thereof held on the 3xd day of Ilay , 1971, by the
following vote of the members thereof:
