RESOLUTION CONCERNING RATES AT GOLF COURSE
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Rohnert Park
that Resolution No. 69 -47 is hereby repealed and the following
rates are established at the Rohnert Park Municipal Golf Course:
18 Holes 9 Holes
Motorized Golf Cart Rentals
Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays $6.00 $4.00
Weekdays 4.00 3.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Golf Professional Porter shall
pay to the city only 50 of the cart rental income for 18 hole
weekday rentals until such time as that certain agreement between
Porter and the City of Rohnert Park is amended.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution does not alter
or amend the agreement with Porter in any other manner other than
the percentage to be paid to the city for 18 hole, weekday play
golf cart rental.
DULY ADOPTED this 7th day of June, 1971.
