A RESOLUTION DIRECTING MAKING OF AMENDED
ASSESSMENT RE CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS UNDER
RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 68-48
COPELAND CREEK IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1968-3
ASSESSMENT NO. 1-1
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Rohnert Park,
S�Dnoma County, California, that
WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram was made and filed with
the City Clerk of said City, all pursuant to Resolution of Inten-
tion No. 68-48, adopted by the City Council of said City on
May 6, 1968, and the provisions of the Municipal Improvement Act
of 1913, and said assessment was confirmed by said Council on
September 16, 1968, and recorded in the office of the Superin-
tendent of Streets of said City; and
WHEREAS, certain lots or parcels of land upon which there
are unpaid assessments against which bonds have been issued pur-
suant to the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, have been divided
so that they no longer conform to the original parcel boundaries
as shown on said assessment;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that
1. M. Hudis, City Engineer, shall cause to be prepared and
filed with the City Clerk a report and amended assessment and
diagram of the lot and parcel so divided, said parcel being
designated Assessment No® 1-1.
2. That the -unpaid installments on said original assess-
ment shall be segregated and apportioned in accordance with the
benefits to the several parts of the original lot or parcel
and the total amount of the assessment of the several portions
of the original lot or parcel shall be equal to the unpaid as-
sessment upon said original lot or parcel of land.
3. That Monday, the 17th day of January, 1972, at the hour
of 7:00 o'clock P.M., at the regular meeting place of said
Council, Council Chambers, 435 Southwest Boulevard, Rohnert Park,
California, be and the same are 'hereby, fixed as the time and
place for hearing said amended assessment before said Council.
4® That the City Clerk of said City shall advertise the
time and place of such hearing before the Council by publishing
a notice of said amended assessment twice in the Central County
Clarion, a newspaper of general circulation published and circu-
lated in Sonoma County, there being no newspaper published in
said City, the first publication being not less than fifteen
days before said hearing®
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Rohnert Park, Sonoma County, California,
at a meeting thereof held on the 20th day of December
1971, by the following vote of the members thereof:
