RESOLUTION NO. 70-71
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 70-48 ENTITLED
"A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ACQUIRE AND CONSTRUCT
IMPROVEMENTS"
SOUTHWEST BOULEVARD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1970-4
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Rohnert Park,
California, that Resolution No. 70-48 entitled "A Resolution of
Intention to Acquire and Construct Improvements" adopted by this
Council on April 6. 1970, be, and the same is hereby, amended by
adding thereto Section 18 reading as follows:
"18. The estimated cost of the Project is $292,901, of
which the City will contribute the estimated amount of $77.1901.1
leaving an estimated amount of $215,000 to be assessed".
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and cor-
rect copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Rohnert Park, Sonoma County., California, at
a meeting thereof held on the 1st day of June, 19705 by the fol-
lowing vote of the members thereof:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen: (5) Buchanan, Hopkins,
Roberts, Rogers, and
Smith.
